JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Ancillary Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be responsible for maintaining eligibility for one of our biggest national clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Enter individual eligibility information into carrier portal, including new enrollments, changes & terminations
  • Find assigned groups for processing using Insight manual changes
  • Resolve issues by working with the ticketing/tasking systems
  • Support a range of processes related to eligibility, including open enrollment, maintaining records of correspondence & reports, preparing departmental reports & more
  • Ensure positive customer experiences, both externally & internally
  • While this is not a call center position, it is important that you are comfortable on the phone as you will occasionally communicate internally & externally with clients

Job requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (NOBODY'S PERFECT BUT EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS)

    • High school graduate or equivalent
    • Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet browsers & Outlook
    • Experience in the insurance industry a plus
    • Self-starter work ethic
    • Inherent desire for quality & accuracy in work product
    • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities & maintain confidential information
